Happy Monday Morning! Today, we’d like to share a bit of gratitude with you.
A few weeks ago, we cautiously reopened our doors and welcomed you back. We prepped and planned for the best and worst case scenarios, stocked up on disinfectant, face masks, implemented a wellness check policy at the front door, spaced out our stations, added disposable capes, and even invested in state-of-the-art electrostatic cleaners to ensure everyone’s safety.
To offset the costs associated with these measures, we decided not to raise our prices. Instead, we decided to be transparent and add a small $3 charge to each visit, which could later be removed, rather than conveniently “forgotten” when this is all over. This charge is itemized on your receipt so you’ll know when we no longer require it.
But despite our careful planning, we weren’t sure how the public would react. We understand this is a trying time, and we want to be mindful of how we approach our business, but we needed your cooperation to make this work.
We are grateful that the response we’ve received from our community has been outstanding. You don’t bat a perfectly curled eyelash at wearing a mask during your service, use our hand sanitizer generously, and respectfully 6 feet apart when checking out at our front desk. Your understanding has made this entire process easier, and allowed us to focus on providing you with top-notch service. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you. We appreciate you.
We promise to keep working hard to protect you, and we thank you for your trust. Hope to see you soon!
